Yes. Pediatric chiropractic uses extremely gentle pressure — nothing like adult adjustments. Dr. Sura works with newborns regularly, often for feeding difficulties, colic, tension from birth, and sleep struggles. Many parents are surprised by how calm and comfortable their babies are during and after the visit.

Absolutely. This is a family-friendly practice — you're welcome to bring little ones with you. Many moms come in with their babies or toddlers in tow.

Plan for about 45–60 minutes for your first visit. This gives us enough time to go through your history properly, do a thorough assessment, and not rush anything.

Parking is available in Far Hills in the lot behind our house. For Jersey City, people usually park on the street but there is free parking available at Whole Foods 1 block with $10 receipt or LAZ parking lot 2 blocks away.

After your visit, Dr. Sura will walk you through exactly what she found and what your options are. If ongoing care makes sense, she'll recommend a plan and explain the costs clearly. You're never locked into anything, You're always in control.
