The Regulated Woman

A 12 week Online Small Group Immersion for Women

A structured, spacious immersion for women ready to embody their true power and move forward with clarity, steadiness, and grounded momentum.

Designed to support regulation, capacity, and forward movement rooted in safety rather than survival.

From Shedding to Momentum

For many women, the past season has been one of shedding.

Old identities fell away.
Survival patterns were exposed.
Healing became necessary — not aspirational.

In symbolic language, this was the Year of the Snake: a time of release, repair, and deep internal work.

But healing isn’t meant to be permanent.

At a certain point, staying in “healing mode” can quietly become waiting — waiting to feel ready, monitoring yourself constantly, interpreting every discomfort as something to fix.

That doesn’t mean healing failed.
It means it worked.

There comes a moment when the nervous system says: I’m safe enough to move now.

Not to push.
Not to hustle.
But to engage life again.

Symbolically, this is the transition into the Year of the Horse — momentum without urgency, power without force, movement rooted in capacity rather than survival.

The Year of the Horse
The Regulated Woman experiences momentum without urgency, power without force, and movement rooted in capacity rather than survival.

What This Is

The Regulated Woman is a structured, small-group immersion for women who are done shedding and ready to move forward without abandoning themselves.

This is not therapy.

This is not coaching.

This is not a course or certification.

It is a held experience designed to help women translate safety into sustainable movement — in their work, relationships, and daily lives.

Who This Is For

This space is for women who:

  • Are high-functioning on the outside but internally stretched

  • Have done a lot of healing and self-work

  • Feel ready for forward momentum, but don’t want to burn out again

  • Want structure that creates space, not pressure

  • Are tired of self-improvement that feels like another job

You need capacity — and a container that honors it.

The Structure (So you can relax)

Length: 12 weeks

Group size: 8–12 women

Format: Weekly live group sessions (90 minutes) & 4x one on one sessions (60 minutes)

Schedule: Same day and time each week - Sundays starting Jan 4, 2026

This container has a clear beginning and a clear ending.

There is no open-ended access, no drop-ins, and no extensions.

Structure is what allows the nervous system to settle.

The Experience

Each session includes:

  • Light teaching to orient the nervous system

  • Guided inquiry and reflection

  • Group dialogue and witnessing

  • Space for integration without being rushed

There is no pressure to perform, share, or “break through.”

You are not being monitored or pushed toward outcomes.

The work unfolds from you, not at you.

The 12-Week Arc

Starts on Sunday, Jan 4th and Ends on March 22nd

Phase 1 — Stabilization

Restoring internal safety so action no longer requires pushing

Phase 2 — Capacity

Releasing survival patterns and expanding the internal space needed for momentum

Phase 3 — Integration

Living, deciding, and moving from a regulated center

This work is not about transformation as an event.

It’s about becoming stable enough to take inspired action — clearly, powerfully, and sustainably.

The goal is not transformation as an event. The goal is stability you can carry forward.

What This Is Not

  • Not therapy

  • Not medical care

  • Not coaching

  • Not bodywork

  • Not a certification

  • Not self-help content to consume

This work does not promise healing, results, or outcomes. It offers something quieter and more sustainable: the conditions required for inspired action to happen naturally.

What This Work Supports

Many women don’t struggle because they lack insight or discipline. They struggle because their nervous system has been living in chronic demand.

Inside this container, we work with:

  • Over-functioning and hyper-responsibility

  • Identity built around coping, performance and/or productivity

  • Invisible emotional and energetic labor

  • Difficulty resting, receiving, or slowing down

  • Decision-making driven by urgency

  • Fear of moving forward and “losing the progress” of healing

This work is not about fixing symptoms. It’s about restoring internal stability and room to move.

A Note For You:

Hello,

If you’re here, you may be coming out of a long season of internal work.

A season where healing was necessary — where things were taken apart, examined, and slowly put back together. A season that asked a lot of you.

At some point, though, healing stops being the answer.

Not because it failed — but because it worked.

There comes a moment when the nervous system is no longer asking for more insight, more processing, or more fixing. It’s asking for something quieter and braver: movement without pressure.

This work exists for women standing at that threshold.

Women who are ready to move forward — not by pushing, performing, or proving — but by trusting their internal stability enough to engage with life again.

The Regulated Woman is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about learning how to move as yourself — with steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

This container is intentionally small, structured, and spacious. It’s designed to support forward movement that doesn’t cost you your nervous system, your relationships, or yourself.

This work exists for women standing at that threshold — women who are ready not just to move again but to move from their own internal authority and power. The Regulated Woman is not about becoming someone new. It’s about learning how to engage with life and intention from a regulated center — where clarity, steadiness, and true momentum emerge together.

With Love,

Sura & Dominga

P.S. All live sessions will be recorded and available to support your integration if you need to revisit them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ or reach out anytime. If you’re feeling ready, we would love to have you join us.

  • Many women arrive here with a long history of learning — books read, programs purchased, insights gained — yet still feel like something hasn’t fully landed.

This work is different because it’s not a standalone course or a collection of teachings.
It’s a live, structured container designed to help your nervous system integrate what you already know, rather than add more information.

Instead of more concepts, you’re given rhythm, relational space, and continuity — the conditions most women were missing all along.

  • This container was intentionally designed to reduce overwhelm and open loops.

    There is:

    • one weekly live session

    • a fixed start and end

    • a small, consistent group

    • no homework pressure

You’re not asked to keep up, catch up, or “complete” anything.
The work unfolds through presence and participation — not perfection.

  • This is not a program about self-improvement, fixing, or becoming someone new.

Many women find this work relieving because it focuses on stabilizing what’s already there, rather than pushing for change.

The aim is to create enough internal safety that forward movement becomes natural — not forced.

  • This immersion is not therapy, medical care, or coaching.

There is no diagnosis, treatment, or individualized problem-solving.
There are also no performance metrics or outcome tracking.

Instead, this is a facilitated group space focused on nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and sustainable forward movement — held within a clear structure and timeframe

  • Live presence matters, but perfection is not required.

All sessions are recorded and shared, so you can revisit them if needed.
Many women find that knowing the container is steady and ongoing allows them to engage without pressure.

  • This work was created specifically for women in transition — especially those moving out of a long healing phase and into a season of momentum.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You only need a sense that pushing harder isn’t the answer anymore.

  • You don’t need certainty — only honesty.

If you’re drawn to steadiness over urgency, structure over pressure, and depth over performance, this container may be supportive.

  • Women often tell us that these small-group containers are among the most meaningful investments they make — not because of content alone, but because of the quality of the space and the way it supports integration over time. It’s common for participants to continue investing in other programs and experiences afterward, without regret, because this work helps them engage more fully and intentionally with what they choose next.

  • Many growth experiences teach you why change matters. This container supports you in how to move from a place of inner power instead of pressure.
When capacity, regulation, and clarity are present in the nervous system, movement is not rushed — it is intentional, wise, and sustained. This is what distinguishes forward motion rooted in power from frantic activity rooted in urgency.

This work isn’t about doing more. It’s about being held while something new becomes possible.
